Guest Relations Manager and Operations Director for Luxury Vacation Rentals Company in Sint-Maarten- Saint-Martin.

Job Summary: The Operations and Guest Relations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimising the daily operations of our luxury villa vacation company. The Operations and Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring the highest standards of service. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in luxury hospitality and a proven track record of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight,Staff Management and Coordination, Guest Experience, Partnerships and Vendor Relations, Reporting.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest and operations management within the luxury hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of local Tourism Industry context.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English. French and Spanish a plus.

Compensation:
Fix and commissions.
